My come back

The days I was back, my parents picked me up at the Frankfurt international airport. My mother asked me if I wanted to go to the restaurant on the evening. Of course!!!!! And she asked me which sort of restaurant I wanted... You know me and I needed to retrieve my french roots... So we went to a special restaurant where we can eat CHEESE. I'm just french.... And there wasn't enough cheese in my blood when I was back!
This restaurant is the only one I know using this concept. It's the only one with the bigest "cloche à fromage" (cheese bell) in the world (it's in the guiness book). A "cheese bell" is a glass bell using to protect the cheese from the flies and from the starving people.

The atmosphere is a bit special because it smell cheese anytime by opening the door. So if you don't like it, just run out!!!! You can eat just different sort of cheese, or they cook all the main french cheese recipes like the fondue , the raclette which are made with melt cheese. You can find cheese made with different milk (cow, goat), different spices (sage, peper,...), different process (rubed with alcohol, made with a special ferment,..), and they make different sort of homemade bred (bacon, beer, onion, seeds, wine,....).
That's the ideal french stereotype, isn't?
